A Quarter sack of Pilling Wilja Potatoes (6,25kg).
 
Grown in nearby Pilling, these Wilja have a medium-dry texture, which makes it a great all round potato, ideal for mashing and boiling but also make a good soft roast potato. Its creamy yellow flesh holds its shape well (even if it's been boiled for a little too long).
